"Looking Out For Us" 12x12 original painting

One of my favorite sights in the South Bay: a lifeguard tower. I took the photo reference during an early walk on the beach. Mornings are usually foggy and gray but once the fog lifts, the sky and the ocean turn so beautifully blue. Despite its vastness and depth, the ocean is soothing to me because I know God keeps it in check. He is in control, as with everything going on in the world.
