"My Cup is Full" 6x6 original painting

After some time away from my easel, I felt a bit rusty so I thought it was a good idea to start by painting the cup of coffee that my sweet husband brings me every morning. However, those ellipses of the cup could get tricky. Fortunately, it all came together in the end, just as the coffee woke me up that morning!
