"Fruity Sweetness" 6x6 original painting

The first painting I posted for the Fun and Random series was a hit and so many people shared what their favorite cakes are.  In the interest of art research, I had to do a taste test.  Well, you know, one can't really paint from the heart if the subject is unknown to the artist, right??? I have so many cakes lined up to be painted that I may have to rename this series at some point!  Maybe "Cakes and Coffee"? We'll see...
