There are so many things happening that may cause anxiety and fear. There's the unrest and protests over current events, the still present threat of the pandemic, uncertainties about our livelihood, and questions are we ever going back to normal. There is a storm raging which reminds me of the disciples when they were crossing the sea of Galilee. They were scared that the angry wind and waves will destroy the boat and cause them to drown. Are we of little faith? We need to look up and realize that our Heavenly Father is in control. This scene of a lifeguard tower with the calm ocean and Palos Verdes in the background is a gentle reminder of the peace we find by being still.
